Every engagement begins with a 14-day risk-free onboarding period. During this time, we begin active dispatching and accounting so both sides can establish trust, communication, and alignment before moving forward long-term with the rest of the services.
No. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. We believe partnerships should be built on performance and value, not obligation.
To begin dispatching, we require general business details, load board access, and limited factoring access for booking freight. Additional access or documentation is only requested if expanded services are agreed upon and is always discussed transparently.
